Everything was perfect and met expectations. The staff were affable people at check-out.- The standard king room was new-fashioned and the bed was extremely comfy.- It boasted amazing views of the town.- The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a quaint zoo.

The location is great and quiet, in the Norr district close to areas of interest like Lilla Torg and Folketspark. The staff is very nice and accommodating.- The rooms are reasonably spacious, with a comfortable bed, many windows, and a nice bathroom.

The location seemed marvellous close to everything incl. The breakfast was satisfactory with veggies, wipped cream and good espresso coffee, the best I had in Malmo.

Our room was equipped with central heating, 🌡️ an iron, and an electronic key card. The bed was cozy and in tip-top condition.

Location: the hotel was close enough to city centre and central station, the river and both central train stations. I had a satisfactory breakfast with various meals to choose from, the food was fine!

Very efficient front desk staff, very helpfull.

Inefficient kitchen/restaurant staff. Had to get my own cutlery with every course. Coffee ordered with the desert arrived a good 15 minutes before the desert itself. No compensation offered or suggested by the staff, had to ask for a warm coffee to go with the desert.
